Group Welfare Benefits

Our group insurance plan provides medical, dental, prescription drug, short-term disability, long-term disability and life insurance/AD&D coverage.

Medical Coverage

Parlex offers a comprehensive medical plan. Employee deductions are pre-tax. Medical coverage is provided through a Preferred Provider Organization Plan with Blue Cross / Blue Shield of MA.

Dental Coverage

The Parlex dental plan is through Delta Dental.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA's) for Medical and Dependent Care Reimbursement

Regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate in the health and/or dependent care reimbursement plan. A reimbursement account provides an employee with the opportunity to save money with pre-tax dollars on health care expenses that are not covered and dependent care expenses.

401(K) Plan

Employees can contribute between 1 and 60% of their eligible (total) compensation of each pay period up to the IRS maximum for that calendar year. Parlex uses the services of Fidelity Investments for our 401K plan.

Tuition Reimbursement

All regular, full-time employees are eligible for job-related tuition reimbursement of up to $4000 per academic year.

Paid Time Off

  • Vacation/Sick Time
    Parlex provides paid vacation and sick time to all regular fulltime employees in accordance with their length of service.
  • Holidays
    All regular, full-time employees are eligible for 10 paid holidays per year.
