NERVE CONDUCTION SENSOR Parlex printed this nerve sensor with silver/silver chloride, dielectric and graphic inks. Full assembly of this product included SMT mounting of chip components, lamination with medical grade foam, hydrogel dispensing, final die cutting and packaging.
ECG SENSOR Parlex polymer thick film technology is ideal for ECG sensors. This device was manufactured using silver/silver chloride inks, laminated with medical grade foam, and coated with hydrogel. Parlex handled all die cutting and packaging. Parlex also uses PTF technology to make specialty EEG and EKG sensors.
BLOOD GLUCOSE DETECTION STRIPS Parlex manufactures blood glucose test strips using silver/silver chloride conductive ink on polyester film. Strips are made via multilayer lamination which allows the introduction of an enzymatic reactive layer. PTF technology can be used to make a variety of diagnostic tests for personal use.
NEONATAL OXIMETRY SENSOR The circuit for this neonatal oximeter was made using Parlex polymer thick film technology including integration of a digital memory chip. Parlex can also SMT mount components and handle all aspects of your sensor production, from design all the way through final production and packaging.

Parlex manufactured this circuit with silver/silver chloride and dielectric inks, integral circuit connector, SMT mounted components with Polysolder® adhesive, and final die-cutting.
